Welcome to Eagle Business Connect — our members meet weekly in Eagle, Idaho to build meaningful connections, share referrals, celebrate each other's successes, and help one another grow.Unlike many networking organizations, our group is completely free to join, with no membership fees or hidden costs. We also maintain one business per category, ensuring that every member has the opportunity to stand out as the go-to expert in their field.If you value authentic relationships and want to be part of a positive, referral-focused community, we'd love to meet you and explore whether Eagle Business Connect is the right fit for you.

Expectations for MembersAttendance & Participation
• Attend weekly meetings whenever possible.
• Members should attend at least one meeting per month to maintain active membership.
• If you are unable to attend a meeting, please leave a comment on the meeting reminder thread posted in our Facebook group each Tuesday evening.Support Fellow Members Online
• Join our FB group
• Friend each member of our group.
• Like and follow the Facebook business pages of fellow members (all member social media info can be found under Albums).
• Follow fellow members on Instagram when applicable (also found under Albums).
• Engage with member content when you see it by liking, commenting, sharing, or encouraging their posts.
• Help increase visibility for other members by supporting their social media efforts.Give Referrals
• When you see someone asking for recommendations in Facebook groups, Nextdoor, community forums, or social media, recommend members from our group whenever appropriate.
• Whenever possible, include the member's business name along with their website, or Facebook page, or Instagram account. If someone is asking for a referral on IG, then give the members IG. If asking on FB, then tag the person and also give FB page, etc.
• If another person has already recommended a member from our group, add your endorsement and positive experience when applicable.Be a Business Advocate
• Learn what each member does and who their ideal client is so you can confidently refer them.
• Whenever possible, choose to do business with fellow members yourself. Firsthand experience with a member's products or services allows you to give stronger, more authentic referrals.Help Grow the Group
• Invite responsible, professional business owners who would be a positive addition to our community.
• Protect the integrity of the group by recommending business owners who are licensed, insured, reliable, and ethical.

Put your head down and get to work during POWER HOUR!What's Power Hour? First of all, it's OPTIONAL. It's a fun thing our group offers but attendance is in no way required.Power Hour is dedicated, distraction-free time to work on your business alongside other motivated business owners. Use this time to tackle important tasks you've been putting off or simply make progress on something you've been working on.You could....

You get the idea!The goal isn't perfection—it's focused action surrounded by support and accountability.HOW IT WORKS: Bring your laptop and your objectives. In the first 5 minutes everyone in the boardroom will share what they are hoping to accomplish during Power Hour. Then we work quietly, no talking. During the last 5 minutes we report to each other what we did.WHEN: Third Wednesdays an hour before our regular meeting for one hour. No need to RSVP, just show up and be ready to work.

WHERE: We meet in the boardroom on the second floor of the Eagle View building at 776 E Riverside Dr, Eagle, ID 83616. Enter the main doors, take the stairs, and you'll see the boardroom to your right.WHEN: We meet every Wednesday at 10 am for 30 - 45 minutes.
